Im not putting this in the IO because its from what i see. I think it is better to train in a higher prison then NJ or putnam , heres the stat math

 

NJ training gains lets say 23 energy, you trained using 23 energy and gained 23 STR and 500 exp

 

Putnam training same 23 energy you yrained using 23 energy and gained 17 STR and 250 exp

 

you see you gain less stats and exp but if you add, 250 gos into 500 2 times so 17+17=34 meaning that your getting less stats per train but if you add up the train you acctualy get more stats for the EXP so you dont level up.

 

Main thing is that the trains add up in a higher prison, i know this because i always trained in putnam over NJ and AZ over putnam and i got good stats if i say so myself and im only at lvl 10 30% in lvl 11s i see about 40k each stats but they are high in the EXP% im near there stats at lvl 10 because i dont lvl up too fast

 

Long story short is that training in a higher prison "if you know what i mean" you get more stat gains for the EXP

But power training from NJ to AZ is better than power training from Putnam to AZ. The stat gains from NJ are much better than here in AZ

Your stats are 40k before or after cell? Cuz if it's after they are actually kinda low
