Ah if your previous account was banned in the past, thats a different story entirely. More than likely you will be banned. I missed that part it seems.

well damn man my understanding was one account per person no exceptions. but if im wrong i guess ill be kicking my brothers ass when he gets home for telling me a lie and wasting everyones time

well, i was banned for my friends mistake and that was a year ago, i havent logegd into the acc i never will i will play actively and follow the rules...

Not what I am saying Top, just saying I have seen in some cases where Mu will let someone who has had an account in past make new account as long as the old 1 is never logged on to.

way back when people were allowed to start over... and their other higher account was deemed to have a mental breakdown or some shit - they dont do this anymore tho. this thread was kinda pointless. the guy isnt a dupe - i mean technically yea... but he's too dumb to know how to use it or he really isnt using it to his benefit. and hey stop SNITCHIN!
