why cant you attack banned players they are not going to come back if they can not play so why cant you raid them or mug them

while this is a dumb question bitches sum1 can b in reg iso n u can still raid them perm iso means they cant play anymore lol... u cant raid them because they got banned for a reason....n the reason was obviously good enuff for them not to b allowed to play again
