You're probably not going to get max value out of this thing until a few weeks from now, from either new players, or players that missed the ghost hunter mission. I'm assuming that this thing will be worth a couple hundred favors in the future, but I think you'd be lucky to get 150 favs for it in the very near future. Just hold on to it for now, be patient, and sell when the timing is right
