thats true and since hes only technically sentenced to 21 years, and once hes out he'll be in his 50s (still young) and norway will still be full of people with different colors, "races", religions etc its a threat to release him back to the rest.
they let him talk for a min at the end of his trial, he ended it by saying 'my apologizes to you my fellow europeans that i didnt kill even more of them" lol

well they wont let him out if he's still a threat so i reckon they will use that against him and keep him there, too much bad publicity if they let him out early
