i dont understand how sum1 guna get caught doin this u erase the ip addresses a person been loggin on from but if they were to sell their stuff aka have sum1 hold it for em....then the person slowly start takin shit back hoe u guna kno cuz obviously ppl r guna buy shit if they startin over again

I think the person's new name/account should be posted as Ajja mentioned before. So if they are scammers, they can't get people twice.

Other then that, I'm fine with ppl restarting. Everyone's talking about ppl bending/breaking the rules as the major fear. Well, ppl in SD have done it, been caught, are still playing, and ppl are doing business with them/running in gangs with them...meaning they're not shunned. Why should ppl that restart be guilty until proven innocent?

So, let Mu and staff work their magic and use the same tools to ensure ppl that cheat are caught & punished, whether they're existing inmates or restarted ones.

My opinion...much respect to all others.

EDIT: Also, this SHOULD be good for the market, which has sucked for awhile. As it's going to be flooded with things being sold and then people having to buy favs (hopefully from PB) and then reloading the amens from the open mkt. Again, if people don't cheat and do it the right way, the open mkt should pick up a lot.

Hmmmm but the problem it you become a much better player if you get to start again as you know not to waste exp on mugging and stupid things until you are in SD.  It just makes it unfair on those who keep their accounts if people get to restart and do things like a pro from the start.
