You could do 1k favors for a account reset and put the current acc in mental or perm iso and remove the IP's they have used from the server so they can make a new acc

I'll address this since I have had questions, and I was going to make a post anyway.

A common request in the contact form this week has been people who want deactivated so they could start over without being banned for being a dupe.

I did a few of them.

Then I got some complaints that people might do this because they were scamming players and wanted to avoid the reputation hit, being on enemy lists, etc.

And that is definitely a problem.

So I've decided not to do any more deactivates for this reason for now.

If we come up with an official 'account reset and nuke' button, I'll let you know.

why would you want to waste all the time effort favs etc. you put into 1 account to start over unless your trying to avoid people that you pissed off scammed etc.

I even offered to pay 1k favors and others would too...I know 1 person...And if your thinking no way in hell I get those favors...Thought wrong...I already got em if this gets approved

thats fact. people either scam people so they dont level up. or they talk shit and then realize their game is going to be a whole lot harder if they level.

OK! So, I discussed with the team whether there was an official policy about this. They said it was my call. I am a fairly nice person but I do have my limits!

So, new plan, for now:

If you want your account deleted, so you can restart, post to this thread.

No contact, no secret messages, just post.

Everyone will know that way who restarted.

If you are a person who scams players, everyone will know you restarted. They may not know your new name, but if it comes to light because you scammed again, I'll edit the scammers thread to reflect this, and I can also ban you at my discretion for taking advantage of my good nature.

This thread will remain open for a while: after that, I will be closing it, and no more deletes for a very long time.

So if you are desperate to delete, tell your friends.

You are not allowed to transfer any old items to your new account. This is dupe trading and against the rules. If this scares you, because oh no it might happen on accident, don't elect to restart.

Also, I can't promise I will get around to this immediately so you won't exactly know when, but you will be deactivated at some point if posted here.
