Today alone I have spent over 100k helping members get back sniped items. Or  so and so is raiding my cell,or so and so said I'm stupid. The list is endless.And ask any member of my gang,I don't get paid, don't make all the bread. I get all the complaints, problems,questions,mails from other gang bosses. No I would not do it again.

Alright. I suggest you create a gang rule, that you don't have to help your members to get back items and stuff 

so you think you'll find enough people who are fine with helping you out and doing what you suggest... but don't get any protection?

The whole point of my gang is to help and protect each other.If I don't do that it might as well be a book club.
