Ok After reading many suggestions about the lotto in general , I did a lot of searching around , I failed to find anything which had similarities to my idea , my apologies if I have overlooked something. My Idea is simple and i think its solves the problem of level 1s who win the lotto only to never be seen on the block again.

This is my idea.

• When a winner is chosen from the weekly lotto , they will get an event/notification message from the warden
• This could read something like " Congratulations you have won first prize in this weeks lotto , you have won a clean toilet , Please visit the warden to collect your 1st place prize "  
• So basically my idea is that you will have to go to the warden to get your amen/prize instead of it being placed in your cell. 
• If like most of the winners lately , they are never seen again and the prize is not collected , the item will be auctioned by the warden , one favour gets you an entry , max one entry per person each fav corresponds to the buyer  , 100 applicants and the name drawn will be the winner , maybe the people who enter have to be level 3 or higher ?.
• So then a winner is chosen who will actually retrieve the amen.

I have also noticed this in my short time , u also have the flipside of dupes that r not caught , i also thought maybe making the lottery only available to players who have been on pb for xxx amount of time.. weither it be 1 week to be eligible or month just a xtra idea to add
