no. and her lawyer was a joke... it was his first murder trial ever. the pros just rushed the case... they didnt have a believable story that they stuck to because they didnt have enough evidence to know the exact timeline... which is why this bitch and her family played the court out with all sorts of random shit from her dad doing the murder and knowing about the whole thing.. to her dad abusing her as a child and she killed the baby because of psychological issues.. they will probably retry her on 2nd degree murder or manslaughter charges once they get their shit together. also wouldnt be suprised if they brought in lesser charges such as.. child negligence (and any other charges that you could get for being a irresponsible parent) what sucks about it most is people in the jury even if they felt shit was guilty of murder but didnt think she deserved the death penilty probably said not guilty but the manslaughter wasnt a high enough "punishment" so called not guilty on that aswell to leave it open for another trial.

she could receive 1 year jail time for EACH count of lying to investigators there was deff more then 2 times.. if that bitch gets out we should all go down to florida and kill her ourselves because apparently you can get away with it.

If youve ever been to court for something you didnt do, which im sure some of you have, then you would really appreciate seeing the justice system work its magic. I watched this trial from opening to closing. I told people over two weeks ago that this is exactly what was going to happen. If I was on the jury I would have given the same verdict. Jose Baez is a superstar and Chaney Mason is one of the best and most respected attorneys in the entire state of Florida, Sure this sucks, and its not necessarily justice but if you wanted her to fry blame the prosecution....Innocent until proven guilty and it seemed they were working on the guilty until proven innocent theme. Its just not the way it works.
