I think she did it but they went after her a little to prematurely, I think. There is ALOT of holes in the prosecutions story. If they judge her as guilty with all the reasonable doubt. I will have to disbelieve in the system even more than I already do

The defense should have crossed their arms, looked @ the prosecution when they opened with their theory and said "prove it". Instead Baez went on about how it was an accidental drowning, thereby admitting his client had something to do with the disappearance. Now all the prosecution had to do was prove that she didn't drown, the defense admitted 1/2 of the prosecution's case was correct straight away. Made their job much easier.

Remember yall...Beyond a reasonable doubt....Ive watched this trial all day for over a month it seems there a tons of holes here and there called reasonable doubt...Its sad, but there is a 50% chance this one will get away with murder.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA....He does tho... And personally I hope not as well...I will say I dont think there is anyway she can beat all charges against her... Very well could get the Murder 1 stipulation for aggravated child abuse. We will see tomorrow I can almost bet.

I honestly think that since the dad was a cop..He has somethng to do with it..guilty or not..she is to stupid to hide the ways///He was a cop and knows all the ins and outs of the judicial system....Its gonna be hung jury......She will do less than 10 yrs.....My brother in law been a officer in the federal penitary for almost 15 yrs...Seen these cases time and time again....
