Originally posted by BigPimpCDogg I honestly think that since the dad was a cop..He has somethng to do with it..guilty or not..she is to stupid to hide the ways///He was a cop and knows all the ins and outs of the judicial system....Its gonna be hung jury......She will do less than 10 yrs.....My brother in law been a officer in the federal penitary for almost 15 yrs...Seen these cases time and time again....

Sorry bro, leave the stereotypes aside. Your bro in law doesn't even know half of what the majority of his inmates do in regards to law. How do I know this? I used to be a C/O myself. All they have is time to study the "ins and outs" of the law. Truth be told, law enforcement in general only knows "basically" what it needs to operate. Meaning and speaking from experience, that I knew what property they were allowed to have, dress codes, cell codes, housing unit rules, institutional procedures, use of force rules and administrative procedures to name a couple.

Does that mean that I know how to cover up a murder or any other crime? Does that mean I know all the "ins and outs" of practical law? Hell no it doesn't. The judge even said there was no proof the father had anything to do with it. Sorry, but it doesn't take a forensic technician to wrap a child in a blanket and bag it up then hide it in a field, to put it bluntly.

This bitch is 10 degrees from top dead center. She's a V-8 firing on 3 cylinders man. She has proven she lied and lied and lied some more about virtually her entire life. Why would people even begin to believe her that her father had anything to do with it?

In regards to "beyond a reasonable doubt". I don't know what term we should use, but we definitely need a better one. Anything and everything, even now days with technology, can be thrown to reasonable doubt if worded and played correctly.

Oh bro, we used to throw those guys to the wolves IE the hole with some Serenio's (spelling), Those boys would eat those hot headed C/O's for breakfast, but teach them proper respect at the same time. Either that or we would run them off by doing various things. Sounds harsh, but you can't count on someone like that if something breaks loose.

Ya, assholes slip by. Usually by blowing a LT or Warden through fishing stories. Which is an unfortunate thing, but those that don't, lol, well, they don't last long.

LMFAO no shit man. What's even funnier is how they test anymore. For fuck sake bro, personally I score 4th in my class and didn't need their help. However, they (they being the state) had it set up so no one could fail the classes. They had you take a similar test the day before, gave you all the answers, had a 5 hour review on the test and another 2 hour review the day of the test. Then gave you the actual "peace officer" test. If you failed, they gave you another test, which just so happened to be the first test you practiced on.

It's fucking retarded, truth be told. All the knowledge that they give you is garbage. Outside of defensive tactics that is. Those are good for "defense and take downs" and not the all too well known "Jackie Chan Captain MMA Ima Street Fighter type" douche bag that thinks he is top shit. lol The only time you really learn about anything in this type of environment is by keeping your mouth shut for about a year and just watching and learning. Sadly, too many Billy Bad Asses think they are somebody when they get that badge pinned on.

I wouldnt be surprised to see it turn out like OJ. She'll probly get out of murder charges just because the prosecution hasnt made a solid enough case to convict....no doubt she'll probly get slapped for like lying or something simple but I bet she doesnt get hit with the murder charge unfortunately

Theres a reason she didnt take the stand because all of her stories and lies wouldve completely made her look guilty. She lied about everything and thats enough reasonable doubt for me. She tried to throw her dad under a bus. He denied anything to do with her allegations of the child drowning, him abusing her as a child and everything else. 7 women on the jury should put her down besides if she doesnt get murder there are still other charges thatll make sure she never sees the outside of a prison again. I personally hope she gets the "pine oil" lol
