So i recently got a good gang but then a few days/weeks later a gang went down

Due to the leader leaving,which i find annoying. 

I think that the game should pick either a random player to be a new gang leader or the highest ranking player in the game,since i find its annoying the gang went down and people invested shit in there,and everyone also loses all the shit they put in the gang storage.

who was the gang and the owner?

That would be a nice option to have. The ability to transfer gang leadership. Esp if the gang leader wanted to retire from the game

If the owner decides to quit the game, or wants to give their seat up, the owner can select who they want to have it, then let KT handle that part, but if the sorry ass just ups and leaves, members still have access to the vault, and can vote on a new chair, then again, go to KT and let him fix it! My thoughts on it anyway.

Gang owners have ultimate control of a gang. This is how it will remain. No matter what happens, owners will always be able to completely dismantle a gang.

Staff has the ability to pass gang leadership to another member, but we tend to not do it because people take it lightly, and ask for it all willy nilly. We may implement a one-time transfer per gang, and/or charge Favors for it. But I agree, we need this.

yeah i agree KT maybe make the person who is getting promoted as gang leader an option to pay x amount of favs to take over. i agree with u 100% i see to many gangs dis-banned cause of one person inactive

i think the favor change is a good idea but what if a member would pay just to become owner behind the owners back...and hahah u used the phrase willy nilly

My thoughts on it anyway ....[I like my idea mo betta, cause if a owner gets locked up or real life crisis, and disappears, i dont see how it would be fair to charge favs to be voted into the seat...If it happens more that 1 time, then the gang/club should be shut down.....I think anyway, I know how clubs roll nukka]

I think the one-time switch sounds perfect, too many impulsive muddafukkas around here.... IF its needed after that, say months down the line they should just be able to hit staff up with a decent reason to as why they want another switch.
