Maybe they should be limited to a switch per quarter, Because anyone who is going to quit within 3 months of the gang isn't worthy of a gang lol.

But it may promote people to create dupes and save favors update gang slots and switch gang

Staff has the ability to pass gang leadership to another member, but we tend to not do it because people take it lightly, and ask for it all willy nilly. We may implement a one-time transfer per gang, and/or charge Favors for it. But I agree, we need this.

i think the favor change is a good idea but what if a member would pay just to become owner behind the owners back...and hahah u used the phrase willy nilly

What? You misunderstand. The current owner would be the one to pay this fee, and/or initiate this process.

i was giving a for instance and suppose a gang leader plays this game then gets locked (rl) up or even dies that makes him a shitty leader? no but how would they get to log on to send the payment?

I don't think this is a common occurrence, so it doesn't make sense to build a system around this type of scenario.
