This happend to my little cuzz last year.. They were at a camp ground walking the little dog they had when a huge dog ran out and ripped her little poodle to shreads.. not a good thing for a small kid to see for sure....

at least now their openly admitting to it...and 30,000 of them paid for by the taxpayers, about $75 billion, some of them can be the size of a model plane, so its not like it will be that noticable if your being watched...they will be watching everymove everyone makes, no more such thing as privacy

Actually that brings up a good point. I've seen places out side of the us with cameras everywere on the streets. They even have sings up letting you know your being watched
