quick question

if someone hits a runner while they are offline, should the person who made the quick money be infirmed 24/7 once they hit AZ just cause the higher level ups feel salty about it?

Let me expand on this question. If I send you money and your offline. You get mugged for the entire amount. Now, when the person that did the mugging hits my prison, do I not have the right to beat the hell out of the or mug them (depending on ones stats) to get my money back?

Seriously, you can't have it OK for one way and not the other. Both parties have the option to Mug, Raid, Fight. From the sounds of it, and I may be reading your intent wrong here, but it sounds like your saying it's OK to mug someone offline, but you're a loser if you try to get it back later on. That's like a bully hitting a kid, not expecting to get hit back and then crying when the kid hits back later.

I mean it's technically between the 2 or in this case 3 individuals 1) Person who sent the money 2) the Runner and 3) the Mugger. With that said, anything that anyone else does it out of those 3's hands to be quite honest. One can post on the forums all they want, but they aren't playing anyone elses game so they really have no control over what happens. Long and short of it, if someone steps in on the situation, that's on them and not because the runner or anyone else did anything.

not at all what i'm saying. i only meant that if someone would rather trust a runner with 20k speed to hold their cash instead of holding it themselves until the runner was online, maybe they shouldn't be criming that much in the first place.

Oh no Psycho, I agree with you on that. I was actually quoting FrankNitty.

woops, my fault, no wonder it didn't make much sense when i read it at 5:30 in the morning
