the blame is never on the runners, i don't care if they say it's ok to send money when they're offline. No knock against Nikki or any other runner, but if you feel more comfortable trusting someone in NJ with your cash than you do holding it yourself until they're on, you should just give up now.

if someone hits a runner while they are offline, should the person who made the quick money be infirmed 24/7 once they hit AZ just cause the higher level ups feel salty about it?
