he might have over did it...he had justification the first few hits but once they were down he hit them another 10 times...he should get a plea to get out of the felony assult easily if he gets a sumwhat decent lawyer

I don't really think he overdid it. They were still moving on the ground, and those women were crazy enough to jump behind the counter, they didn't have good intentions, who's to say they didn't have knives/guns? He had to keep hitting them til they stopped trying to get up. once they stopped, he didn't hit them again, til they tried to get up. I think it's going to be a hard case to win for the prosecution, especially with a jury trial.

I feel bad for homeboy, his prior conviction is going to play a role in this and it shouldn't he paid his price to society.

They whole thing started b/c those 2 women were pissed that the cashier checked their bill to see if it was counterfeit. smh. Homeboy gets out of prison, has a job, trying to be a productive member of society.
