that's the sad part...WTF did McDonalds have to do with this? giving a guy a 2nd chance? having procedures in place to ensure they don't get scammed? i know you're not saying "sue the shit out of them" but we all know it's coming in our sue happy society and it just blows nuts.

saddest thing is McD will prob settle out of court as it'd cost them a lot less then defending themselves in court.

the women will sue for sure and if i was the guy i would sue for them not providing a safe work place and that there was not enough protection for him(hes most likely broke and he needs the cash for his defense team because of his priors so id try anything)....i could see mcdonalds having damn security officers because of some dumb shit like this or some sort of cage like gas stations

and i feel that the women should be treated as if they were entering his home or car once they crossed that counter...they are entering his space and he had no way of knowing what they were capable of doing and he had all the right in the world to defend himself

They were clearly out of line. How many pussies did he have to get called? Then the one girl swung on him then hopped behind the counter. That shit was self defense to me. They came behind that counter and invaded his personal space after swinging on him. What was he supposed to do he was already struck once. They wanted to act hard, they got beat hard

While I don't condone hitting women either. My wife even states that if a woman raises a hand to a man, "like a man", then she deserves to fight with them. Keep in mind though, my wife has beat the shit out of full grown men and has had her ass stomped as well back in the day.

The last few hits were unneeded, however the "fight" atmosphere does play in it as well. The whole him fighting back lasted roughly 20 seconds. That isn't a lot of time "at the time", but in this case a jury is going to be able to look at each second as if it were an eternity.

This is the same problem cops have in their job. Split second real time decisions picked apart for months by prosecutors and juries, let alone the media.

i thought you were talking about this incident...

I dont know why but i set it to 1080p and watched it in fullscreen a second time and i couldnt stop laughing for a full minute lol

but unless he was only hitting the legs/arms (which he probally didnt) he over did it, shouldve stopped right @ 0:45 but kept going, even when the out of frame you can hear the hits lol

anyone mind filling me up on the story behind this??
