No I think the whole point was if you try to mug someone and cant catch them instead of it saying "he's just to fast for you" it would say "you tried to mug so &so but couldnt catch him. But he caught you and decide to beat the shit out of you. you are infirmed for so many minutes"

u can catch them ..get the money but you get a beat down for it instead of you mugging and beatin them down .....so risk when u mug
