mmmm choclate nurishment my favourite lol, really protien shakes arent that necesary yet due to the fact you aint being to the gym in that long, just stick to youre normal diet and excersize, also its cheaper to buy a set of dum bells and wieghts and go jogging. you dont really need the gym.
remember protien shakes are not to give you a boost remember that as a lot of people tend to make that mistake thinking it will help them get fit again, only use them if you need to gain mass.
what im saying is, dont use them until the next couple of months, but if you want to use them now, i sugest cutting down on what you are eating if thats what you need, go to youre gp and ask them for advice whether or not you need suppliments, they will also help you out with a regime when to train and what excersise's you need to do.
there you go i just saved you £200 for what a gym would charge you for what advice you could get from a doctor for free
