in fact 99.9% of gun owners in usa are law abiding citizens that dont use their guns for crime.

a lot of our gun crimes comes right out of chicago that actually has the most strict gun laws in usa, take chicago out and our gun crimes drops dramatically.

yeah a lot of shit happens here, but same things happening all over the world. dunno why everybody on this usa this usa that.

yeah our society probably more fucked then yours but not many countries out there like ours.

america is a huge melting pot of different cultures, races, religions. lots of different views on stuff can cause chaos.

.

how do you guys suggest it gets fixed? have read many different articles about how englands gun ban is shit for them....since the gun ban their gun related crime is more then doubled.....

its a miracle that not more shit happen consideringt he amount of guns in the US.. and chicago is a part of the US after all, im sure most countries got a region or two that represent the larger percentages of something..., at the same time take a look at countries with barely no firearms in it, is it a surprise that their homicide rate is low?

firearms may not suggest killing another person or two, but it sure as hell makes it more convenient, and them being very accessible doesnt make anything better and especially not safer. the whole.

i agree that not many countries are like the US though, immigration % and the amount of people from different religions/countries etc cant be compared to countries like japan with barely no guns, extremely low crime rate, and barely no immigrants

in the end it all comes down to the fear mentality, THEY GOT GUNS SO I BETTER START PACKIN TOO!

you cant compare the US to other countries, we have x times the amount of people compared to them, the markets for illegal consumption of drugs and other things and crime has much more upside here than other places, major profits to be made selling drugs and illegal firearms, people will sell them no matter what the risk they face if they get caught

people will kill to control the their flow of narcotics and illegal firearms to continue to make million and billions a year, eliminate the competition to keep their territory or expand, there is nothing that can be done unless our borders are made secure then other actions may be made

secure your borders and national service.....would be my way 3 strikes and your in the army for 3years.....stops over crowded prisons and gets arms dealers off the streets....also makes men out of them....men with morals are less likely to reaffend.....or you could start chopping off trigger fingers

all you people not Americans should not be concerned with our gun laws. American people understand our gun rights, your opinion of our laws has no bearing on the legitimacy of our right to bear arms

i have no idea on this but if someone wants to look at the statistics of the people who own guns legally and the % of them that use them to kill(not in self defense) or other illegal purposes

i bet more people are killed with illegal firearms than by firearms that are legally owned

the people who will buy them illegally are the ones that cause more of a threat than the people who buy them legally
