Starter Packs
TheGrim...So dem wat would this pack cost since u thought of it or u haven't got that far yet?

Yami_Su...have a gold lock on it lol symboling account lock
great idea..maybe letting them purchase them for like 100k or a smaller amount..let them figure out how to make a little cash on their own first..and i like adding respected
there was a thread awhile ago on how to get people to level and not camp so much..i think this is the best idea for that yet
DemOlitionThey CANT give or flood the market, the items arent even tradable thats why we can be generous with them.
And "Knocking a 0 off" wouldnt get them far, making this whole thing useless.
We want less people like you (lvl 14s), and more people in SD lol.
I dont even see why this should cost anything really, starter pack - consider it a little project hopefully the community (or staff) can keep track and we'll see whether or not we notice an increase of new inmates in SD
(Or an increase of inmates online in general really)
Its all up to the staff though, if they want they could just set that starter pack up for a price, say 100 favors - but which would actually kinda be defeating the purpose of trying to give the noobs a cheap way of leveling up so they can take care of themselves. Its all an experiment really...
Yeah not bad, i like the 100k thing - this starter pack should be available to the new players similar to a drug/firesale logo below Mails/Events, together with a short guide on how to STACK SOME OF DAT PAPA' so that they can try (and not beg hopefully lol) to work on getting some cash atleast for that investment.

Yami_Su...i like this idea hahaha
TheGrim...And even if the noobs might stay longer you still risk that lots of ppl quit after 1st week and give their items away, flooding the market.
On the marking of the SP amens, an easy idea to make them easily identifiable could be to change the background color on them, effectively making them stand out in a spy report.
What i could think if on top of my head.

So he just read over my post ok i get u dem

COREY1T...i like it but i think thats to many items to start with i think maybe
5k waters
2.5k eds
1k chocolate bars
also maybe not as many ammens for example
x1 metal fan
x1 computer chair
x1 taylor west
x2 old toilets
x2 toilet papers
keep in mind u wanna help not cripple them most of those u gave u have the max on u can fit in a cell if they see they have 1 they might work harder to get the set i do agree with the suggestion tho they def need help starting out
good work dem even tho i had to come in and guide u a lil bit but hey it what unbadged mentors do :cough cough:
jus fuckin wit staff great idea tho dem
Edit also i hadnt read that ppl suggested lesser items lol fuck them i explained it better
and idk i tihnk making the stuff untradeable would be difficult if they wanna fuck their chance up thats on them most ppl will ask sum1 what to do with them so they can get guidance anyway
also i think there should be a mentors tab that will put up links to the mentors pages (if there isnt already one) not sure lol i dont need a mentor so i dont look for the button

DemOlitionthanks lol but i think a few of you are misunderstanding the concept with the high amount of items
1) its a high number of items that will make it possible for them to hit SD if they want - which is what we want.
2) the amount should make them appreciate the items more before they loose out on them, as in they should make full use of the items before they disappear - and worst/best case scenario they WILL disappear, even if it was 500k sw and 500k eds, they wouldnt be able to affect anyone elses gameplay with it. their impact on the market is 0.
3)
i dont understand what ur saying lol but if you mean the amount of amenities being too many for them to fit - thats a good thing, wouldnt it motivate them to vote/do wardens messy services for favors so that they can expand their cell and eventually buy more amens? (and replace their soon-to-disappear ones too)

what im saying is dont pay their way to sd for em give them a taste of what they need to do and how the game should be p0layed but dont play it for them and about the ammens thing yes im saying ur giving to many i understand u want them to upgrade their cells but u dont want to give them everything lol for god sakes dem ur a mentor not a charity fund lol
