You could say that he brought a gun to a fist fight, but you shouldn't say he brought a gun to ANY fight because there's no proof that he intended to get into a fight with the boy at all.

Trayvon reacted instinctively, and so did Zimmerman. He drew his gun because he was being attacked. If you've really been in an uneven fight before you would understand how your brain will do crazy shit to protect itself.

In making a point about possible events leading up to the killing I'm attacking your tendency to base your argument on conjecture. You have no idea what happened, and that's the point. Neither does the judge, that's why the judge is there to sort out the evidence and weigh it to help the jury determine whether the defendant is innocent or guilty.

I already made this point earlier in the thread, then you guys argued against it, but I'm trying to express through argument the meaning of my statement.
