Osama didn't need building up he was a war hero from fighting the USSR, had millions of dollars, was living good in Sudan, and the Taliban called him to help settle their dispute with the Northern Alliance, then he set up his operations in Afghanistan that's what happened, not like he was some nobody, I mean if you go to Saudi Arabia you can find his family all over the place, it's not like here in the west where a guy randomly pops up out of no where he was well known well before and after 9/11.

And Saddam lets face is, Saddam wasn't cooperative, he attacked Iran, and Israel with scud missles (ironically USA sold to him lol) n when he gave America attitude they pulled him down.
