The target audience is 2-6months of playing... that's where the most money ia spent by new players... the "addiction" period... you all know what I mean lol... but I feel paypal has taken a extreme role on this game but it isn't likely to change... best thing is to work around it or just play with what you have.

A couple things Mu could do to balance out hoarders and dupes... Put a cap on how many amenities one individual can hold. Let's say 3x the amount allowed in your cell. For instance, we are allowed 2 Jack O' Lanterns, so we should only be able to have 6 max in our inventory. Or 3 of any given dvd or console.

This way, we don't see a couple high level players holding onto like 8 Scream 4's and only selling them for PayPal, and we don't see new dupes hoarding them.

Besides, I haven't seen Bootleg Joe in a couple of events now... and even when he did come around, he came around in the common areas of the maps, and not in each respective prisons. I like that, as well, but Bootleg Joe should come around the yard truly randomly, and not just for special events. That, with the addition of the 3x max we can have in cell of each amen, would lead to a more fair and balanced game, in my opinion.

not a big idea but the part in bold is very incorrect...the last time joe came thru on some heavy flow...you were in AZ and Deadhead and Sir_snipe and yall killed killed harry potter and before that it was mortal combat/capcom vs marvel...higher lvls may have access to favs but so do lower lvl's...We didnt do so hot up here in SD when them dvd's had dropped like the lower lvls did

yep the only way i get new dvds is by keeping a few old ones to trade

actually, cees, I got 4 HP dvd's during that time. DH was a lower level at the time, and my old roommate was in NJ. He got over 20 HP dvd's, I believe.

I got 1 Marvel from Joe the time before... But yeah it was mainly snipe, azninvazn, dh and anthrax (all lower levels at the time) who benefited the most from bleg joe

+1 when Billa got firesaled he had over 500 amens! Thats just crazy. Nobody should be allowed to hoard that many amens.

ight so my bad about the marvel/mortal combat...but i can tell u this much i got 0 dvd's from that event,either i was at work .i kno i aint the only person that got 0 dvd's and had to buy them from lower players cause bootleg joe had dipped to the lower jails...give the lower lvl's time to get into the yard and rack up...lower lvl have it easy

yeah, it really does benefit us who are friends with them... Hell I got one of each dvd from azninvazn, but that doesn't mean that it's fair for the rest of PB. And that's why we lose a lot of lower levels, because if they don't know someone in the game, they ain't getting shit for like 6 months until they finally figure it out on their own.

Yeah, I was in PUT for the easter event, and a noob to the game. I got a HOP and didn't even know how haha. And before that was st. patty's day, and I was in PUT as well... I got 6 back 2 da hoods and like 15 lep dvds from digging lol

one things for sure..bootleg isnt worth arguing over..he was taken away at one point...and its still luck of the draw..u arnt on..u dont get any..same with firesales...some people are just gonna get lucky..and u cant blame them for that

sometimes with new players i do feel like this cat.. but having said that i do feel like that with players that have been around a while too...
