This game needs more higher-level players! AZ and SD.
DemOlitionit all varies, you cant compare the community of a webbased game like this with other real 3d games, actually pb is a pretty much a success, but its far from perfect and by the looks of it players are leaving daily, the inmates online at any random given time keep on decreasing day by day..
and you cant blame yourself for 'ruining the game' we all play the game as its designed for us to play, and we all know ive raped the market in this game yet still im here admitting the flaws in this shit... limiting favor listings somehow is a start

if you didnt start mugging people then you prob wouldnt have been mugged back...and you cant expect to sit there with crazy cash in a prison game...crime a little send to a runner and repeat over and over...the crimes have stayed the same but new amens and higher levels allow you to crime more thats why prices go up

CeesDaG...its all about making it comfortable for the new lowlvls (lvls 1-10~).. if i started PB today and i saw the prices on shit i would turn my back on it asap
heres a suggestion,
starterpacks, maybe 5-10 amenities for every lowlevel - amenities that cant be sold/traded or bought anywhere else, and they should expire once the player has reached a certain level.
prices are not really a problem IF you could hoard cash. right now its mugged and raided from u immediately. Id personally make 100 milion cash to buy the crappiest item even if it took me a month to do that 10 hours a day, provided that its safe in an unlimited bank account that cant be raided. I did that before. What is really a problem is that infirmary 10 minutes gap between attacks and crimes are not being scaled. It worked when he game was fresh and eople were infed for 1-2 minutes and had 8 left to do stuff and had to train speed to even be able to do a crime. Now crimes are stuck were they were months ago with low money for them while prices went up. And 10 minutes does jack squat if u get infed for 25 minutes or more. Both things should scale. Better crimes for which u need more nerve and more speed and gap between attacks that is like2x inf time. u get infed for 30 minutes ok but if u buy out u have an hour of gameplay

it works in every mmorpg, u dont loose gold at all, prices go to milions and u have to grind for months to buy stuff, but u get rewarded for hard work. And there is ALWAYS a big shop for favors/real money where u can buy all sorts of things any time u want. Thats how they make money. AND there is still a free roaming market next to it.

i dont know tuna, and eazyas was bullying me to enter his gang so i did for a couple of days so that he will leave me alone.

i like the whole starter pack thing and expiring after a certain lvl.....me for one,i was never afraid to lvl up from new jersey to AZ with my own gang,i wasnt down with no higher lvl crew until i was lvl 16.....so they the lower lvl's have no excuse what so ever,now with the whole gains change they have a better chance than what i had...i seen shawshank stats the other day...that wasnt from the new gains.....so basically lower lvl's need to stop hiddin in those lower jails and lvl up or the game will get boring for them...
us higher lvl r dedicated already,we can sit in 1 jail for a yr and complain but still play...i say expiration date on how long u can stay in a jail for the lower lvls...either train or quit

i remember lalapoo sayin in the shoutbox that he sold/got rid of all his gear cause he felt he had no chance at all in SD,i dont doubt there are alot of lower lvl's that feel the say way....my answer to that is basically as a lower lvl keep to urself,keep quiet,train and u wont have to worry about how much more stats higher lvl's have than u

I agree that at some point criming is the way to go. but building a good crime cell takes months [actually years in my case]. besides u forget people who hit u for fun.

yep i dont know how many times ive preached about camping in lowlvl jails will kill ur whole PB experience... running is good but not when you end up wasting months and months or even years sometimes, or it will be the only way u know how to play PB - slacker style

thats the thing, even if a level 5 could crime millions a day, what would they buy, 1 tv on crate, 1 dvd player and 1 yoga HD.. then what? 90% of the open market is favorbased.......
and no, crimes are NOT low... they already give too much money and thats why theres an overflow of gamecash/items ..theres a hyperinflation going on... if you had 10k eds back when i started you were considered rich, youre lucky to buy a half DVD right now.
basically theres too much cash/items and no ways for us to destroy them besides training/criming/fighting... and even then its nothing compared to the amount coming in. with favors atleast someone had to pay real $ for them first, and we've got tons of way to spend them, firesales, bootlegjoe, cell expansions etc
