I didnt know about that, So u mean they can hold him without any evidence agenst him for 10 days? I would immagine that if he was guilty of murder or something like that he would face a trail of some sort, no ?

So your saying that if a taliban soilder for example shot dead a us army man, but was caught red handed on site , he would be released after 10 days with no further trial ect?

If certain people or organisations were profiting from the war and wanted it to continue then polices like this would surly be in their favor

but the only reason for the war was "nuclear weapons" but their was none so i guess the only thing that they went to war for was oil then
