this much is (semi) true. Apparently, he bought an amenity from someone who listed it for someone else. The only problem was that the person that listed it forgot to leave NJ before doing so. I guess it sat on the market a while before this kid bought it. If he didn't do it, someone else would have. So in that sense, he wasn't "sniping", but just saw a rare opportunity.

Most of us would have returned the amenity, but this kid's got balls.
