WTF is with hospitals anymore
Sounds like the weatherman, well without a 6 figure a year salary.
EDIT: Ha, reply fail. Sorry didn't see the "under the weatherman" part of your post. haha

I went in the er for a slit wrist....it was an accident...i was cutting a box toward myself--not the wisest i know - - but ya it took 6 hours to get dressed up and 2 stiches and my boss had to pay me for that time. Which made him mad. There was a girl who came after me with a twisted ankle and she got treated in an hour. The reason it took so long is that they apparently had a guy in the suture room who was mauled by a dog! And the saddest thing is that i know all of this information. There is absolutely NO privacy in th ERs and it is discusting! I know there have been cuts but COME ON... one doctor for 20 or more ER patients is just rediculous! Any ways ty for reading my rant and i feel for ya'll.
Now coming from a firefighting back ground I fully understand triage and that lets say my twisted knee versus someone who just got in a car accident and has neck/spine injuries that they get treated first. No matter what, they get treated first and I, as most other people are fine with it. But recently ( last couple of years ) it just seems that no matter the time of day, no matter how busy they are etc that they will get to you when they feel like it. Just an observation.
