I've never really had an issue with losing weight, but in one experience of mine, a year and a couple of months back, I was looking to cut down a bit (without losing muscle mass, of course). Water and nutritional deficits are a necessity for any quick weight-loss, but many people manage their diet poorly.

It's only a day before you wanted to lose weight, so there isn't much you can do. I'd give you advice, but I just realized how pointless that would be. Shit.

Stay away from carbs and use fiber to keep your system going. You also have herbs that have a diuretic effect.

yeah what leo said.. fibers, stay away from sugar and shitty oils, and lots of water (drinking water helps your body in more ways besides burning fat)

if its the weight alone hes worrying about, he can just take it easy with water on the last day or two... other than that waters no big issue, its always stuck in our skin/muscles etc... as long as hes active it shouldnt be an issue

Yeah, that sucks a lot. I've never been in or watched wrestling, do they switch weight classes if you don't meet the current weight requirement for your level, or do you just not go out?
