i got offered 2 jobs...

job 1

soldering technician 

$16 an hour.. raise 2 month.. 6 months then 1 year

make own hrs as long as between 7am - 7pm

no benifits except 401k

 had 3 owner in last 5 yrs

no dress code

i will be soldering circuit boards im good at it..

job 2

quality manager

$22 an hour.. raise 1 year

8- 4:30pm

all benefits

same owner

i have to wear a suit

and i will be wrkin on surface mount technology and im not that good at it.. only wrkd on it once..

i dnt want to take job 2 cuz if i dnt do good i will be let go and i might not be able to get job 1 again.. but i dnt want to take job 1 cuz job 2 is a better job.. it seems simple but its hard to choose... what would you do???

yea that caught my attention.. then i found out i really dnt kno surface mount.. if i take the job and get fired im back at square one.. idk...

I agree..Quality control is a great field to get into.every company has a quality department..some will pay for schooling for cmm programming and ppaps and what not..Being a quality technician the possibilities are endless.

Not for nothin but my advise would be take the better job and gain the knowledge necessary to do ya damn thang and hold shit down . thats what I would do ... if i wasnt retired

take job 2 and learn more as you go man
