Shits crazy yo! Ive read from some jurors and other lawyers that the jury didnt understand the difference between "reasonable doubt" and "a reason to doubt". And that the judge set there mind state to those effects before the trial started. When he and the prosecution shouldve told the jury what the meaning of circumstantial evidence is! 1. Who waits 30 days to report there child missing? 2. Who and under what circumstance have you ever heard of someone putting garbage in their trunk for any reason when it can be disposed of at the curb? 3. If your baby drowned, your excuse for burying her is you were allegedly sexually abused by your father?Huh? 4. You were proven that you lied about everything but the murder of your daughter. The prosecution clearly didnt express these points but tried their hand at forensic evidence that couldnt be replicated.The look on her face when she was found not guilty said it all to me. Her facial expression was "OMG I got away with it". She couldnt even believe it herself. Its really sad when you think about it. Her lawyer called her a liar and a slut party girl and they still let her go. Unbelievable!

Honestly Crip she really didn't and she wasn't that lucky. The only thing that her car salesmen of a lawyer had to do was prove to one jury person that there was 1 single doubt that she killed her daughter and bam, you can't convict. The phrase "beyond a reasonable doubt" is one that can easily be skewed and furthermore played. Hell, it could be snowing and I could convince one person out of 8 or 12 that it really wasn't "that type" of snow.
