pardon, but these gals attacked the dude first, even smacked him once - then to come around the counter, "breaking a protective barrier" - they then introduced themselves to a person willing to defend himself. The problem is they tried that shit with the wrong person... I'm shocked these two or at least one of them hasn't been charged with felonious assault as well.

I dont know about the last part. The guy got out of jail took a job at Mcdonalds was going by company procedures and was then assaulted. If somebody comes to my job and talks shit and then enters my personal space behind my counter well I got a beat down stick right there for'em. And god forbid they make their way back into my office because lets just say I got 357 reasons they wont make it out of there

I think the point was though Worm was how many hits are considered "defending" yourself and if out of lets say 20 hits, 14 were him trying to keep them subdued, why did he hit another 6 times. Keep in mind the whole fighting scene with them was only about 20 seconds, but is going to be scrutinized for months before the first word of a trial will be spoken.

We all know that adrenaline will keep you going to a point. The black and white court system doesn't see it that way, though they are starting to acknowledge that fact, which is a good thing.
