you should be able 2 equip weapons no matter what level u are , cuz u paid 4 dem, and u stand a better chance against ova inmatez

Your just mad because you didn't check around or ask anyone before you bought a higher lvl weapon. Having weapons at diff lvls add's an incentive to lvl up. So quit bitching and read the wiki or ask a friend.

and sell the weapons on the open market slightly higher than store prices.  there are a lot of stupid L1's that will buy them before they realize they can't use them or could get them cheaper.... oh...

Even better... you shouldn't be a level 1 after a month...
