COREY1T...lol metaboloism lol

plba1le...Depending on what you are trying to do if you are only trying to put on Lean Muscle and not gain too much weight then use Normal Whey Protein which contains 24g of protein but if you want to bulk up more (it will come with fat if you dont do cardio 2 times a week) there is also a product from whey protein which contains 50g of protein. Both of those are very good products i am currently finishing the first product the one with 24g (taste wise is not bad) my friend bought the one with 50g and said it was straight nasty. (Take those shakes about 3 times a day you intake of protein should equal to your body weight so if you weight 190 you should take 190+g of protein per day.
On the other note if you are trying to put in more mass
DemOlitionCreatine/whey/protein make me bulk me up quick, but its all a temporary pump thanks to the supplements and waters etc that stays under your skin
ive been going 100% natural these last 2-3 years unlike before, the results are thousands time better than with the supplements, some people rely way too much on powders at times..

say wen my whey finish and i dnt buy any more and keep workin out will my muscle go dwn?
DemOlitionOfcourse, over time youll the muscles slowly (especially the first days after stopping).. and during that time you will most likely gain more fat unless youre one of those skinny ones

yeeap im 1 of those skinny guys man
DemOlitionYou dont eat anything at all before working out first in the morning? not eating after waking up to work out sacrifices the muscles to the body while burnning fat at the same time
