just get a good diet you really dont even need protein powder especially at that age, your testosterone alone should be enough to carry you to make good gains
Your Testosterone + A Bulking diet Minus the Protein powder
is more then enough for you to gain muscle smh
At this point you'd just be wasting protein unless your like a giant ass kid

If he just stopped working out and started eating a poor diet then he'd lose that muscle mass
But there are very small losses after you stop taking whey protein as long you keep a healthy diet because no matter how it goes your gonna need that protein in your body just get it from solid food sources, plus you need to continue to lift
personally i do whey for 6 months, then im off for 1 month and i cycle, even though its not Needed its just sumn i do, and i never notice any drastic changes in my size or strength
plba1le...if you want to gain mass very fast use Russian Bear Protein its 5,000 calories per serving and you have to take 2 shakes a day but make sure u run like crazy while taking it

DemOlitioni have to disagree, no matter the diet there will be a muscle loss, unless we're talking less than 2-3 weeks. you can keep up the muscles for a few days/weeks with the proper nutrition indeed but it wont take long before the muscles will adapt to the slacker state one is in

JimmyTh...i take pre-workout stuff called black powder, i cycle with that tho - dont wanna rely on it - 2 months on 1 month off.... whey protein i dont cycle - ur muscles are something like 80% water, 20% protein, so take protein and always drink alot of water. monster mass is good if u want to get bigger - it's like 52 grams of protein in 1 serving. if u wanna save money bodybuilding.com
