@tristate, B11. i agree totally something should be done, im lucky to see joe if he ever comes to SD at all. i hit him one time since ive been in SD for 6 months. hes gone way to fast truthfully

If no exp is going to be given which Vin already stated, I think atleast the frequency he is around in the lower prisons should be reduced to the same as here in SD. I fully understand where Vin is coming from with the numbers/stats but with Joe/Adam around so much in JZ I feel like it encourages dupes. There are plenty of ed's and sw's floating around that dupes being created for runners is pointless imo but to have a dupe chillin down in jz stacking amens everyday is imo starting to "devalue" (not sure if that's really a word) some of the rare amens and is one of the reasons I believe the market has crashed as of late. Could be wrong though...lol

Adam and Joe are around in the lower prisons less.

They hang around longer because people aren't buying them out like they do in South Dakota, but their respawn is around twice as long.
