Whey protein gives you the edge of having that much more protein in your diet, and you'll bulk up as you put into it, if you're skinny you just need to eat a lot and hit the gym and supplement yourself with things like whey protein if you got it, and everyone really has their own opinion on the "best" way to build muscle, but honestly just hit the weights yourself, and see what your body reacts to the best, we all have a different body.

PsychoS...i don't do more than 1 scoop a day, it's really best to not get all your calories from one thing. mix it up with regular (non-fatty) foods
