if you dont lift weights with it it turns to fat.. so lift weights then after youu drink it it makes some soreness go away.. then lift some more.

jshank718it all depends on what your tryin to do & everybody's body is different.
what works best for one person might not work for another person.
me personally my diet consist of :
flax seeds oil
nuts (almonds, peanuts, raisins, pecans etc)
fruits (alot of bananas & blue berries)
cytogainer (muscle recovery shake)
smart gainer (up your mass is good also)
fish ( NO pork or red meat)
multi vitamin
but its more so what you eat & you have to replace the certain things.
NO white bread only wheat bread
NO white rice only brown rice
NO white sugar if anything brown sugar ( but stay away from sugar(s).you should get them naturally from fruits)
what works best for me is 6-8 small meals through out the day. and late at night prolly round 3 am a banana then back to sleep.
what you put in your body is more important then what you do to your body.
