vintral i think what tony is saying is that he would like to see some sort of stability in the market, having joe/adam sitting in lower prisons being raped by lower levels is not fair at all to anyone. as far as dupes are concerned i would have to agree this aspect does allow dupes to find joe/adam and get rare amens and get banned therefore leaving the amens in the game forcing rarity to go down. if im not mistaken kingtommy said those amens still counted towards rarity dont quote me on that i may be mistaken.

how about deciding the rarity of the amen player can get by prison

for example new jersey can only get very common amen through etc. from adam/joe

i doubt this would ever happen because that would make powertraining pretty much impossible, unless they bought the amens from a higher level. also if they did this that would mean everyone in SD would only get uncommon-very rare amens. it would most likely be very hard to code that much and change the game in such a way.
